I have gained professional experience across multiple regions, having worked on projects in Azerbaijan (Baku), Türkiye (Istanbul and Ankara), and Hungary (Budapest), which has enabled me to operate effectively within both European and Asian construction environments and adapt quickly to diverse working cultures and regulations.

Throughout my career, I have successfully contributed to and managed a wide range of construction projects, including Residential, Hotel, School, Guesthouse, Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure, and Railway developments. I began my professional journey within the Planning and Cost Control Unit, where I gained hands-on experience across all operational levels and developed a strong foundation in project controls.

I possess advanced expertise in Primavera P6, preparing fully resource-loaded schedules based on unit man-hour analyses, supporting accurate forecasting, progress measurement, and performance control. My experience further extends to 4D Planning, where I integrated Primavera P6, Synchro 4D, and Revit models to create time-based construction simulations and reporting tools. Through close collaboration with internationally recognized 4D Planning and BIM consultants, I acquired strong practical knowledge of BIM-driven planning and coordination processes.

As a result of my technical capabilities and leadership performance, I was promoted to Deputy Head of Technical Office, where I currently lead both technical and commercial project operations. In this role, I am responsible for the Preparation of Tender Packages and the Management of Bidding and Tendering Processes, ensuring full alignment with technical specifications, contractual requirements, and commercial strategies. I actively prepare Price Comparison Tables to support cost optimization and procurement decision-making.

I also oversee the Material Procurement Process, coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules and budgets. My responsibilities include the Preparation of Phase- and Block-Based Budgets and Primavera Work Programs, Contract Management, and the Preparation of Progress Payment Reports.
